Hira RAK employees enthusiastically participated in Dubai Run 2025 as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge. The energy continued with active involvement in the Hira Group Fitness Challenge and Friday Weekly Fitness Challenges throughout November, featuring Zumba sessions and group exercises.

Together, our employees embraced fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle, making November a truly active and inspiring month.

Our Free Medical Checkup event on Sunday, October 20, 2024, welcomed over 200 frontliners from Hira RAK and Maico at the Maico Gulf LLC premises!

The camp was conducted in partnership with AKMG Emirates REF 6 (Doctors Association) and the Indian Relief Committee, and was graced by esteemed dignitaries from the Consulate General of India. Frontliners had access to 20 top specialists across various fields, from General Medicine to Dentistry, ensuring comprehensive health support and care.

This initiative reflects our commitment to the wellbeing of those who keep our operations running smoothly every day, our dedicated frontliners.

Sharing the highlights from the Blood Donation Drive arranged in the month of August 2025, where frontliners and staff from Maico and Hira RAK came together with compassion and unity to make a meaningful difference by donating blood and saving lives. This heartwarming initiative was organized in collaboration with Saqr Hospital, Sharjah Blood Bank (Emirates), and Blood Donors Kerala UAE (BDK-UAE).

With the unwavering spirit and generosity of our employees, 49 dedicated donors stepped forward, helping collect 22,050 ml of blood, a precious contribution that can make a life-changing difference for many in need.

The drive stood as a powerful reminder that beyond our daily responsibilities, it is kindness, courage, and humanity that truly define us. Together, we didn’t just donate blood, we shared hope, healing, and the spirit of giving.

This year, Team Hira didn’t just celebrate Environment Day, we acted! Every department stepped up with their own green idea, proving that small efforts add up to big impact.
Through our Sapling Contest, every team received seeds as a symbol of hope, responsibility, and action.

From planting with care to nurturing growth, each of you played a role in showing that small steps can lead to a big impact. Employee’s enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to a greener planet were truly inspiring.

With great enthusiasm and unity, the employees planted saplings around their premises, taking a step towards a greener and healthier Earth. 

Wellness in motion. Our yoga session, meditation, and desk-stretch session with Ms. Sabra, in collaboration with Nasco Insurance Brokers, gave our team a mindful pause to breathe, move, and reset; supporting well-being at work and beyond.

With her calm energy and expert guidance and gentle stretches to grounding mindfulness and practical desk exercises, every moment was designed to help us reset, refocus, and re-energize.
This session was part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being because we truly believe that when our people feel their best, they bring their best.

As part of our commitment to employee health and safety, a Flu Vaccination Drive was conducted at Hira RAK and Maico RAK for frontline teams and staff. The initiative provided convenient access to seasonal flu protection, reinforcing the importance of preventive care and workplace well-being.
